Day One: The Shadow Sequence + Guided Reflection
We’ll start by exploring the inherited patterns and defense mechanisms that have shaped your life. You’ll learn how to recognize these in your Human Design chart—and how they’ve been playing out in your relationships, choices, and self-worth. You’ll close with an evening reflection to help you process what’s surfaced.
Day Two: The Keys to Higher Expression + Mantra Creation
The second day invites you into a new frequency. Using your chart, you’ll uncover the gifts and higher possibilities encoded in your karma. You’ll craft a personal mantra—something you can carry forward to remind you who you truly are.
